Job Description

A super role has been created at a Bradford based manufacturing facility for a HR Administrator. Reporting in to the HR Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of HR for this site and two other sites providing a comprehensive andefficient HR support service, ensuring requirements are met both in terms of quantity, quality and deadlines at all times.You will maintain and update employee records, recruitment and onboarding resources as well as manage various HR documents and internal spreadsheets, such as holiday, absence, vacancies and right to work. Ensure that all authorised documentation for payrollis processed accurately and submitted to payroll administration adhering to set deadlines. Prepare all induction for new employees, organise Training, support with HR reports and absence management and other general administrative duties related to HR.This is a great opportunity for a passionate, can do, strong Administrator with some experience in HR and an interest in developing in HR as this role will certainly help you to launch yourself further.Education/Qualifications

  • GCSEs or equivalent (to include Maths & English at Grade C or above).
  • Level 3 CIPD qualification (commenced or completed) with the desire to continue to Level 5.
Competencies
  • Administrative experience in a fast-paced and high volume environment (ideally manufacturing).
  • Intermediate IT skills, particularly Excel (development & maintenance of spreadsheets).
  • Pro activity is essential with ability to use own initiative.
  • Ethical, confidential and empathetic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible with ability to think outside of the box.
