Reporting to the Production Manager, working in a busy Grinding Department, the CNC Grinder / Grinding Technician operate Manual Surface GrindingMachines, Semi-auto Grinding Machines and Manual Cylindrical Grinding Machines.PackageCompetitive depending on experience23 days holiday plus bank holidaysPensionThe RoleThe CNC Grinder will apply the full range of CNC knowledge and skills to operate Manual Surface Grinding Machines, Semi-auto Grinding Machines, Manual Cylindrical Grinding MachinesComplete CNC processes by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specificationsProduce components to manufacturing specifications;Check the size and accuracy of components produced during and at the end of manufacturing processHours: Monday to Thursday: 07:45 to 16:30 / Friday 07:45 to 12:45Factory based in BradfordRequirementsPrevious experience in a similar CNC Grinding role as a CNC Grinder, Grinding Technician, Grinding Operative or similarExperience in a similar high precision environment using operate Manual Surface Grinding Machines, Semi-auto Grinding Machines or Manual Cylindrical Grinding MachinesExperience in a busy shop floor environmentExperience of working in a similar role with a proven understanding of precision machining and measurementCommutable to Bradford
