Job Description

Front - End Software DeveloperIs this youA front-end software developer seeks a new career with a company delivering enterprise software for the public sector (NHS) as well as web / mobile solutions for a range of private sector clients. The culture within is one that will allow me to excel ina fast paced, dynamic environment and can further my career working in a multi-disciplined organisation.My focus is not just on the technical aspect of my role but also the full lifecycle of software development, gaining knowledge about the full business often abstracted away in bigger companies, allowing me the ability to have real influence in the directionof the software and business.Outgoing, Enthusiastic, Analytical and my goal in 3 years time that I would be a lead / senior developer leading a team of developers on client projects.Looking to bring my skills and experience to a business that is creative, both in design and technology with clients who continue to bring ideas or business problem that they want us to create a solution for.Can you

  • Maintain and develop the essential tools and integrations that provide up to date and relevant data to our key business stakeholders and other systems.
  • Identify points for improvement within the team and task them accordingly.
  • Respond quickly and intelligently to live environment issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to design solutions and ensure that their needs are fulfilled to the best possible efficiency
Have you Essential
  • 3x years working with JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Proficient in a framework / library such as Angular, Vue.js or ReactJS (preferred)
  • HTML, CSS/LESS/SASS
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs
  • Unit testing
  • Git
Bonus desirables
  • React Native / Ionic experience or knowledge
  • Experience working in sprints
  • Experience of Agile development approaches and use of Jira or equivalent
  • Exposure to AWS technologies
  • Mobile app development frameworks and principles (Android / iOS)
  • Experience working / interacting with NHS services
