Job Title: Asbestos Bid ManagerLocation: Bradford, West Yorkshire Salary / Benefits £25k - £40k +Training +BenefitsLevel of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Bid Manager through to Lead Asbestos Bid ManagerProfile: Our client is a well-established asbestos / environmental consultancy working across housing, commercial and health care sites up and down the UK. Due to an increase in contracts they are now looking to take on a experienced and organised AsbestosBid Manager based in the Bradford area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the asbestos industry, ideally holding experience as a bid manager, overseeing a team of bid writers and producing PQQs, ITTs and tender returns. Applications will be considered from: Leeds, Batley, Huddersfield, Castleford, Pontefract Otley, Wetherby, Keighley, Rotherham, Goole Selby. Experience & Qualifications:" Will hold extensive experience within the asbestos industry, in bid management, sales, business development, commercial, project and risk management. " Hands on experience within the asbestos industry would be beneficial to the role. " Will ideally have removals or consultancy experience within the asbestos industry. " Will be well versed in relevant health and safety legislations. " Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. " Proficient in using Microsoft office.The Role:" Ensuring that the bid team carry out all work effectively. " Managing the bid process effectively and efficiently. " Managing bid input from stake holders, sales, marketing, finance technical teams and legal. " Carrying out completion of written proposals. " Arranging post bid reviews and feedback with clients. " Managing various sites simultaneously and ensuring that all work is up to date.
