Job Description

Have you ever wanted to work for the civil service Do you have strong attention to detail and take pride in your work If so, then we have the ideal role for you working with our client, Ministry of Justice (MoJ) at the Bradford Tribunal Courts as an administrator

  • Admin Officer
  • MOJ - Bradford Phoenix House
  • Bradford (BD3)
  • Office working (Possible hybrid working)
  • Temporary role initially until March 2023 (likely to be extended)
  • £11.28ph pay rate
  • Monday to Friday - 9am - 5:00pm
  • Start date- ASAP (subject to DBS checks)
Role Overview:We are currently recruiting for a full time Administration Officer to join the Team at the Direct Lodgement Centre with our client, The Ministry of Justice based in Bradford. The role will include working as part of a flexible team in a back-office environmentand will be responsible for assisting in the administration process for Social Security appeals to be heard at a Tribunal.Responsibilities include:
  • Decision making for appeals following end to end process
  • Administration tasks using multiple databases
  • Contacting customers/stakeholders via phone/email
  • Dealing with confidential information
  • Processing evidence to add to appeal files
  • Raising and responding to judicial queries
  • Listing appeals into the correct Tribunal hearings and judges

  • Able to work on different databases at one time
  • Able to multitask
  • Great admin experience
  • IT literate
  • Great decision making
