They believe that every child deserves the opportunity to engage fully in their education, and were seeking a support assistant who shares theirvision.Your Role: As a Full-Time 1:1 Support Assistant, your primary mission will be to work closely with students who may face challenges in managing their behaviour. You will play a pivotal role in helping them overcome barriers to learning and promoting theiractive participation in daily school life. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one support to students with challenging behaviour.
  • Building positive relationships with students, fostering trust and confidence.
  • Implementing individualised strategies and interventions to address specific needs.
  • Assisting with classroom activities and helping students stay engaged in their learning.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive network for students.
