Job Description

Sales Administrator, Bracknell: To be an integral part of the Sales team, supporting the National Account Managers across their retailer portfolio with internal and customer facing commercial & administrative duties. To build strong relationshipswith the sales team, cross functionally and with key customers.Client DetailsThis client is a rapidly growing business working in the FMCG and Retail markets. They have a great working culture, modern offices close to public transport and offer great career development, support and coaching.DescriptionSales Administrator, Bracknell: To be an integral part of the Sales team, supporting the National Account Managers across their retailer portfolio with internal and customer facing commercial & administrative duties. To build strong relationshipswith the sales team, cross functionally and with key customers.

  • Completing & submitting New Line Forms for our key customers in line with their required timings.
  • Dealing with sales administration, order processing and bring on-board new customers
  • Liaising with customers to provide samples & product imagery as required and other ad hoc requests for information
  • Using customer portals to load / extract information
  • Point of contact for customer queries and enquiries when NAM is not available.
  • Support the Sales Team with ad hoc admin tasks.
  • Maintain internal customer records including UK distribution lists, customer price lists, centralised promo plans and terms agreements.
  • Liaise cross functionally to support on new product launches and customer range reviews.
  • Support NAMs with month end process.
  • Attend Sales meetings and customer meetings as required.
  • To undertake any reasonable additional duties as requested by the UK Sales Director.
