Job Description

Our Clients are a leading technology organisation specialising in, SaaS, Cloud, finance, banking, and payment card technology solutions. We are committed to delivering innovative, secure, and compliant software products and services to our clients. To bolsterour team, we are seeking a skilled Programme Manager with expertise in Risk and Authorisation Management Program (FedRAMP) and a background in IT within the finance, banking, or payment card technology sectors.Role Overview: As a Programme Manager with FedRAMP expertise, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful implementation of FedRAMP compliant software solutions within our clients organisation.You will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to security requirements while aligning our technology offerings with the finance, banking, and payment card industrys regulatory landscape. Your focus will be on orchestrating the delivery of high-quality,secure, and compliant products.Key Responsibilities:

  1. FedRAMP Compliance Management:
    • Lead the development and implementation of FedRAMP-compliant processes and procedures.
    • Ensure adherence to all security requirements and guidelines.
  2. Programme Oversight:
    • Drive the overall programme strategy, scope, objectives, and timelines in alignment with FedRAMP requirements.
    • Establish and maintain project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and issue logs.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, security, and development, to integrate FedRAMP compliance into all relevant processes.
  4. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Effectively communicate with stakeholders, clients, and external agencies to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure compliance understanding.
  5. Resource Management:
    • Manage programme resources, including allocation, utilization, and performance evaluations.
  6. Risk Mitigation and Issue Resolution:
    • Proactively identify risks and issues related to FedRAMP compliance and develop strategies for mitigation and resolution.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the FedRAMP compliance process and overall security posture.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) as a Programme Manager with a focus on FedRAMP compliance, preferably in the finance, banking, or payment card technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of FedRAMP guidelines, regulations, and compliance processes.
  • Previous experience in managing software development and IT projects within a regulated environment.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CISM, CISSP) are highly desirable.
