Digital Marketing CoordinatorReports to: Commercial Business ManagerOur client is looking for someone to join there team in Bracknell, Berkshire as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. The successful candidate will be working alongside the managers to help increase sales and develop their service through coordinating marketingprojects and implementing their marketing strategy. The hours for this role are 30 hours across 5 days.Job Description- Undertaking design work: social media, advertising, corporate branding, publications etc- Writing content: social media, blogs, publications, internal communications etc- Ensure branding guidelines are adhered to (signage, publications, advertising, sponsorship, uniform, stationery etc)- Measure and analyse campaign performance against objectives and targets to feedback- Keep on top of developments/trends- Create marketing collateral across range of mediums (inc digital campaigns, social media, print and video). Supporting delivery of campaigns (collating and feedback results)- Updating social media channels (monitor/report on performance/areas of engagement- Research competitive products (and advertising). Spotting/supporting opportunities across departments- Coordinate events, shows and seek sponsorship opportunities. Establish contacts and coordinate mailing lists- Planning and budgeting, negotiating on deals where appropriate- Building relationships (sponsors, industry partners, media contacts and industry groups)- Liaison with suppliers (printers, designers, website provider)- Capture information and measure results (surveys, sales analysis, GoogleAds etc)- Main contact for any media enquiries and PR- Spend time around the business to capture imagery and videos for use on all platforms. Coordinate photography, video and graphics for use across events, displays, content and collateral.Person Specification:- Good commercial acumen of our and other businesses- Creative flair with design, photography & videography- Ideas generator and performance analyser- A proactive approach to work.
