Carter Murray are currently partnered with a large retail and eCommerce group in Bracknell who are looking for a Digital Growth Manager to join their team!Reporting into the Head of Customer Marketing with 1 direct report you will be responsible for leading the digital acquisition strategy for their group of brands across paid search, SEO, paid social, retargeting, affiliates and digital loyalty card apps, drivingsales through their group of UK and European eCommerce sites. Youll be responsible for continuously improving revenue performance and ROI through the acquisition of new customers and sales. Youll work closely with the eCommerce, CRM and Insights teams todevelop and improve organic search traffic, using customer data to identify and target customers with personalised campaigns to drive multi-channel spend. Youll also manage budget and external agencies to deliver paid media plans and optimise performance.The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in leading and developing digital acquisition campaigns for a variety of eCommerce platforms and regions, with a particular focus on paid media.
