Its our aim to help our learners to push past hurdles and achieve what they never thought was possible.As the Advice Centre Team Leader, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our Campus Reception and Advice Centre at our Bracknell Campus, where visitors receive a warm welcome, access relevant course information and advice, and are delightedby the whole customer experience.You will supervise and develop the reception, advice centre and student crew staff to ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience that raises the reputation of Activate Learning and sets it apart from other providers.What do you need to be a successful Advice Centre Team Leader at Activate LearningYou will be highly motivated individual with experience of leading or supervising a team in a customer-facing role.With a strong track record of high performance in a customer service or advice and admissions team, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complaints professionally, motivate your team and build good relationshipswith faculty and group service departments.Why work with the Activate Learning GroupHere are some of our benefits:
