We are currently working with a leading independent telecoms company who have recently secured substantial FTTH contracts throughout the South East.This position offers excellent career growth potential with a forward-thinking progressive business.Salary to £75k | Company Car or Allowance | Pension | 20 Days Holiday + Bank HolidaysKey Essentials:* Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for ensuring turnkey delivery of FTTH projects on time and within budget including civils, ducting, cabling and splicing* Taking ownership of budgets and spending along with identifying and reporting strategies for cost saving measures* Stakeholder management* Effectively engaging the supply chain* Ensuring that all supplier contracts are in place whilst keenly managing relationships* Promoting health and safety practices; ensuring that all areas meet with the strict standards expected across the business* Management of multiple workstreams at any given time* Managing risk by ensuring all incidents are accurately reported and adequate plans are in place* Ensuring productivity and KPIs are recorded, measured and reported accurately* Maintaining a good working relationship with local highway authorities to ensure maximum cooperation and engagement* Ensuring all completed works documentation and as-builts are submitted within the required timescales to allow for uploadRequirements:* Experience of managing the delivery of large-scale telecoms (FTTH / FTTP) projects* Qualified with relevant Health & Safety accreditation* Good Commercial Awareness* Comfortable with delivering presentations to keep required parties informed of progress throughout the lifecycle of the project* You should have excellent IT and communication skills#fibre #delivery #management #telecoms #fttp #ftth #fttc #fttx #telecom #overhead #civils #underground #excavation #splice #joint #nrswa #streetwork #contractsmanager #projectmanager #operationsmanagerBy applying for this position, you are agreeing for CVL:LDN to hold and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
