Business Process Project Manager / HR Process Lead

Job Description

A leading agriculture organisation is looking for a Project Manager to join their team on a initial 6 Months contract with the probability of an extension. Key Accountabilities

  • Creating a detailed project plan in consultation with internal and external teams
  • Tracking tasks against the project plan with the project team
  • Reporting on progress by creating project status updates
  • Hosting regular calls with the project team and regional stakeholders for alignment on project status
  • Manage the communication plan, coordinating communication with the project team and relevant stakeholders
  • Prepare and coordinate the testing phase, reporting on progress when required
  • Business process re-engineering
  • Managing deliverables from the external technical consultants
  • Assisting with change management
Requirements - Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge
  • Experience in running complex projects at a Global scale involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in implementing HRIS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors or ATS such as SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, etc.
  • Experience of working and managing multiple and various agencies and vendors
  • Managing project testing
  • Strong Microsoft packages skills, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience of Smartsheets.
  • Proactive - can flag and assist in resolving project issues (where appropriate)
  • Is driven to complete tasks and can see the wider picture to assist with the successful delivery of the project
  • Has fantastic communication skills
  • Can multitask and can react quickly to changes
  • Is collaborative and supportive with project members and stakeholders
