Job Description

Isca Recruitment is recruiting for a Temporary Payroll Administrator to join a multi-site client near Okehampton on a long-term temporary basis.Working as part of the payroll team you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of HR & payroll duties:

Promptly entering details of all starters, leavers and contractual changes to the HR & Payroll system.

Maintaining the Payroll and time and attendance systems including gathering, calculating and inputting data.

Handling payroll queries from staff, liaising with HR and Operations as appropriate.

Maintaining electronic and other filing systems and personnel files.

Undertake any other duties or functions as required which generally support the wider finance & HR function, this could general administrative tasks.

Payroll Administrator - The Person:

The successful candidate will have a proactive, friendly personality and enjoy being in a busy role as a key part of a payroll team.

Recent payroll experience is essential including deductions, payroll calculations and RTI.

You will need to be organised, with good IT skills and able to work using your own initiative.
