Site SHE Manager (Large site)Based in BourneReporting to the site General Manager Salary : £57,000 to £62,000 per annum + (Car or car allowance £8,400 + 25 days holiday + bank holidays (we also have a holiday purchase scheme) + Group Pension and Bonus20%, Private Healthcare for you and your family)You will be passionate and engaging in your approach as well as managing change, developing procedures and delivering an effective culture behavioural change programme. Main Responsibilities:• To develop, compile and implement a SHE strategy for site in order to ensure the best / consistent practices are adopted in all areas.• Ensuring personal and environmental accidents are investigated, recorded and reported properly, identifying and recommending improved practices to reduce accidents.• Ensure regulatory compliance at all times with assistance given to relevant departments to ensure that their areas are compliant with legislation and Bakkavor standards.• Keep the business informed of any new legislation, identify gaps and implement actions to ensure conformity.• Ensure Environmental Agency PPC permit conditions are met• Ensures that site energy reduction program is active and reduction targets are set and achieved.• Identifies and delivers SHE related training to drive site strategy.Essential Experience, Training and Qualifications: • FMCG ( ideally food/beverage) Manufacturing experience • 24/7 manufacturing experience• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent • GradIOSH as a minimum• Experience with OHSAS18001 / ISO 45001 • Proven to support and improve cultural and behavioural change • Change management experienceIdeal Personality Traits:- • Self-motivated and engaging with gravitas• Strategic and Hands on • Adaptive thinker • Strong Leadership and Management skills• Able to influence, gain buy -in with strong communication skills • Strong coach and mentorInterested Apply now for immediate consideration: // Alternatively, if you know of anyone who may be interested in this opportunity, please forward on our details.
