Job Description

Are you an experienced Finance Manager with a passion for implementing effective controls and processes Do you have an all-rounded accountancy background and people management If so, our client, a rapidly expanding acquisitive business, after recentacquisitions is looking to appoint a Finance Manager to come join the company and oversee 1 trainee accountant.With the centralization of their finance team over in Bourne, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious company that is on a mission to achieve exceptional growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust controls and processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
  • Oversee all reconciliations
  • Liaise with Auditors at year-end
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the AP & AR team, ensuring a high-performance culture is maintained
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Finance Manager/ Management Accounts role, with a track record of implementing effective controls and processes
  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
