Warners (Midlands) Plc are a family run high quality magazine and brochure printers who are looking to recruit a qualified Electrician to work within our Maintenance Department. We are seeking a self-motivated and determined individual who demonstrates a desire to work for a successful business within the Printing Industry. Due to our continued investment and expansion this position will provide an opportunity for someone to fulfil a career within the print industry.What do we wantWe are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated commercial electrician with testing experience to join our team. This job is specifically aimed at fully qualified electricians who have experience in the reactive and planned maintenance within the printing industry. Experience in mechanical engineering would be preferred but not essential. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they are extremely well organised and have the ability to effectively respond to critical situations, work to agreed and time sensitive deadlines and also work well as part of the maintenance team. A flexible approach to working patterns and shift times as influenced by the needs of the business will be required.Are you the right personIn order to be considered for this role you will need to be able to display the following attributes:- Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent- Demonstrate experience in maintenance and repair of a wide and varied range of electrical and mechanical systems.- Undertake repair and fault finding on company systems and equipment and also carry out planned preventative maintenance.- Excellent communication skills with an efficient and flexible style of work in order to achieve departmental requirements.- Understanding and awareness of health and safety practices and proceduresWhat can we offer youIn return you will be entitled to receive a competitive salary along with other excellent benefits.
