Job Description

Adecco are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a leading agricultural equipment supplier based near Bourne, Lincs. This role is suitable for an experienced general accounts assistant who would like to join a small, friendly team.You will be responsible for supporting the finance team and some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the accounts email inbox
  • Daily posting of sales ledger and purchase ledgers
  • Credit account checking and opening
  • Proactive debt chasing
  • Run and distribute sales reports
Official qualifications are not required, however you will need to be able to demonstrate at least two years experience in a similar function.The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a small team and taking on extra duties during annual leave and sickness absences. You will need your own car as the site is in a rural location.In return for the above responsibilities, you will be offered the below:
