Staff Nurse/Deputy Service ManagerA fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Registered Nurse RMN /RGN to work as a Deputy Service Manager within a highly reputable and impressive care home.Eden View, Bottisham is a 10 bed complex clinical care and nursing home rated as “Good” by CQC for the high level of nursing and personal care provided for residents who are living with a wide range of physical disabilities that can make independent living challenging. A warm and caring home, they advocate person centred care and aim for holistic living at all times.Position: Staff Nurse/Deputy Service ManagerLocation: CambridgeHours: Full time - 40 hoursSalary: £20.10 per hour*Nursing qualification, Active PIN and clear DBS, Days & Nights Shift Cover.About the role:This role is a developmental opportunity to assist and be supported for career progression in the Social Care and community health care sector. As Deputy Manager you will support the Home Manager, and be in charge in their absence, and ensure that residents nursing and holistic needs are always met with high standards and current quality led procedures and guidelines. A person-centred approach to resident’s wellbeing, choice and independence is required.
