Job Description

Are you an administrator with great attention to detail and organisational skills If so our client based near Newmarket is now looking for a Data Administrator to join their successful business.Leaders in their field in this role will play an integral part in their business. As the Data Administrator, you will be maintaining stock records along the whole journey from original source to stores or the customer, ensuring all records are recorded accurately.Although this role is driven by process and accurately managing information there is also the need to problem solve along the journey, giving variety and interest to the role.As the Data Administrator, you will be:

Recording stock movements and updating the database
Ensuring delivered stock is invoiced
Solve discrepancies between deliveries
Reporting on stock and producing weekly reports
Completing daily dispatch records

As the Data Administrator, you will have:

Exceptional attention to detail
Good administrative and prioritising skills
Good computer skills including Excel
Great communication and team skills
