Job Description

Position: Sales AdministratorLocation: CB25 area of CambridgeDuration: 12 month contractSalary: From £20,000 to £25,000 per annumWe are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a busy team of support administrators based in an office in the Cambridge areaThis position will be supporting the sales team by assisting them with creating quotations, contract management, raising orders for sub contractors and suppliers as well as general administration dutiesIt would be an advantage if this person came from an engineering, building services or maintenance background but not essentialThe right person for this position will already have a strong administration background. They will be used to multi tasking and able to pick up CRM systems quicklyRequirements" Strong administration background" Experience in dealing with engineers or sub contractors would be an advantage" Excellent customer service skills" Ability to raise orders for suppliers and sub-contractors" Coordinating experience would be an advantage" Excellent IT skills" Experience in using CRM systems" Based in a short commute to the CB25 area of Cambridge" Able to work full time in an office environment (no remote working)Package" Basic salary based on a 40 hour week" Monday to Friday working week" Free parking" 25 days holiday plus bank holidays" PensionIf you are interested in this position, please send your CV or contact Wendy Evemy
