Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION Role Title: Part Time Personal AssistantReporting Line: CEOType: Hybrid (1-2 days in the office)Location: South CambridgeshireEmployee Status: Part Time 22.5hrs, permanent (flexible on days)Salary: £25000k actual salary for 22.5 hours per weekThe Role:We are looking for an energetic Personal Assistant to support the CEO, you be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and other senior members of the management team. Organising and facilitating meeting requirements, supporting traveland conference arrangements. You will be able to use your own initiative to prioritise workload according to the demands of the day and learn to anticipate changes, responding professionally, adeptly, and positively.Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing confidential support to the CEO
  • Managing confidential correspondence and phone calls
  • Dealing with requests and queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating and booking meetings for the CEO and Senior Leadership Team
  • Preparing agendas for meetings, taking notes, and tracking agreed actions
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Collating and processing expenses
  • General administrative duties
  • Office facilities management, liaising with vendors and ensuring smooth running of the office.
Note: The above is not an exhaustive list and responsibilities may vary dependant on the need of the role and the business.Qualifications and Experience:
  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent in a science
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Highly organised and able to manage time effectively
  • Experience working in a highly confidential environment with an understanding of GDPR policy
