Job Description

The role will be working in the Logistics team, supporting the Logistics Manager, processing orders, preparing documentation and providing support across the company including inventory control for the finance department.Start Date: ASAPLocation: Bottisham, CambridgeshireHours: Full time, 40 hours a week Monday - FridaySalary: £21,000 per annumDuties:

  • Liaising with the Logistics Manager to ensuring all documentation is completed correctly and all equipment is configured correctly, packed and shipped within agreed timescales
  • Preparing export documentation for equipment to be shipped abroad
  • Processing orders
  • Arranging returns and replacement of faulty items
  • Data entry of all order information into the company system, including scanning of documentation relating to export and quality control
  • General support with administration duties
  • Skills and Experience Required:
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills as you will be liaising with various internal departments and external customers
  • Experience with import and export of goods or experience in a logistics role is desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to work to deadlines
  • Confident using Microsoft packages computer literate
