You will join this company with the added advantage of a wonderful HRAdvisor to work with you and assist the HR function day to day. There are 70 staff at present, but there are growth plans to extend this to around the 120 mark. We need someone to guide the company through this growth on a people basis. Strategy, planningand recruitment are key within this integral role.
