Practice Business Manager Bottisham, Cambridge £40,000 to £50,000 Pro Rata A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking, motivated manager to join a friendly long established GP Practice. The role is 30-35 hours per week worked over 4 days. They offer 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 20% employer contribution NHS pension scheme, free on-site parking and an NHS discount scheme. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive business management on behalf of the partners. This is a varied and responsible role which will take responsibility for a range of tasks including staff management, HR, handling patient queries and the generalday to day running of administrative services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing staff, financial management and experience of strategic planning. NHS experience would be preferable, however suitable training and support will be provided for the right candidate. You will need to demonstrate your ability to manage a heavy workload, multi task, coach and mentor staff and have some HR Experience.
