Our friendly Lincoln branch is located in Sadler Road, only a short distance from the A46.Do you want to be part of a team that makes a differenceNewcross Healthcare is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to care for our service users living in Boston, Skegness, Horncastle, Sleaford and the surrounding areas of Lincolnshire. The position As a Care Assistant, you will provide dedicated care and support to disabled and elderly adults with a variety of important daily tasks. You will assist with personal care, clinical needs and requirements, social integration activities and any additional services needed to allow them to live as independently as possible.We now offer video interviewing to make your life easier!     • Role requirements
  • The right to live and work in the UK
  • At least 3 months previous care experience in a similar role or environment
  • Certification in a practical Moving and Handling course completed within the last 12 months (or you are willing to complete one with Newcross Healthcare)
  • Access to a smart device, with internet access to manage your rotas and timesheets via our mobile app
  • Access to your own vehicle is desirable
