Job Description

Job Title: 2nd line projects engineerLocation: Remote/ Onsite (clients)Salary: 35-45k DOEDuration: PermanentHours: Mon-Fri 0800-1700We are looking for a2nd / 3rd line Projects Engineerto join a well-established and fast-growing IT Services, Solutions and Consultancy practice.Were a team ofdedicated IT professionalslooking for someone to join the team and continue our mission of providingworld-class IT servicesto a diverse and expanding list of clients.The role will involve you working predominantly on the management and implementation of our projects both within our office and on client site. These projects typically include the implementation of Office 365, EMS, Mimecast, Azure platform and Hosted Telephony.You will also assist with escalated items from the Service Desk front line team.Desired skills include:

  • Remote / On Site Support, Ticket management, Experience working in an ITIL environment.
  • Email services (Exchange 2007/2010,2013, Exchange Online, Mimecast, Gmail)
  • Microsoft Office 365 services - experience with migration to Exchange Online highly desirable
  • Microsoft Azure administration
  • MDM Solutions (Intune, Jamf)
  • Hosted Telephony
  • Deployment and implementation of new workstations and network hardware across multiple remote sites.
  • SharePoint Online.
  • General desktop support, Hardwaresoftware diagnosis and break fix.
  • Windows OS 7,8 and 10
  • DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, Routing, VPN and WAN.
  • Interest and exposure to security (Firewalls, Windows securityserver and workstation)
