The successful candidate will undertake phone based consultationsand provide advice to employees with short and long term sickness absence issues, providing advice, reports and referrals.The role will involve:- To provide expert, evidence-based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH advice- Provide professional, comprehensive and evidence based written reports- Provide expert advice in respect of legislative requirements and best practice relating to OH- Case Management and provision of OH adviceThe successful candidate will undertake phone based consultations and provide advice to employees with short and long term sickness absence issues, providing advice, reports and referrals.
