Job Description

CRM Executive | Market Leading Insurtech Company | Borehamwood/Hybrid | Excellent Employee BenefitsWere working on behalf of our prestigious clients who are looking for a CRM Executive in Borehamwood. Our client is fully integrated within the pet health services and insurance domain. They are among the Top 5 UK Pet Insurers with the goal of becoming number 1! Our client is currently going through anexciting time having recently received funding to help to cement them as a global product leader, with company re-branding, scaling across departments, a huge cloud transformation and investment of new technologies.What youll be doing:

  • Support and improve acquisition and customer retention
  • Implementing and delivering the CRM strategy across all brands
  • Ensure appropriate planning and management of campaigns (newsletters, trigger-based emails and SMS)
  • Carrying out A/B testing and multivariate testing
  • Helping develop and manage the CRM test
  • Test, track and optimise all emails/SMS/campaign activity
Main Skills/ Requirements:
  • Digital Marketing Experience
  • Direct Marketing Experience through Emails/SMS
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and databases is desirable
  • Strong copywriting and content management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
