Job Description

Repairs Scheduler / Call Handler / Job Dispatcher / AdministratorBorehamwood, Stirling Corner, London, WD6 2BTPropertyRun Electrical Contracting is an established company with over 10 years’ industry experience. We specialise in electrical contracting, offering a same day electrical response to new and existing clients.Are clients are mostly large specialist management agents. They located around London, so professionalism is essential.We are looking for another member of staff to join the growing team. They will be working alongside our amazing team to achieve a maximum 24 job turn around.The job role will be an office administrator/ job dispatcher who must be experienced in a similar role to manage the day to day running of the office.The role of Office Administrator/ Job Dispatcher will involve:

  1. Booking of callouts (currently 5 engineers)
  2. Booking and management of PIR’s (electrical inspections, electrical tests)
  3. Sending and following up quotations
  4. Notifying Certificates on the NICEIC, NAPIT, Part P website
  5. Checking engineers timesheets for approval
  6. ordering materials for jobs and accounting for goods
  7. and various tasks that run alongside the above
Working hours are: 8:00 - 5:00. Working from our newly refurbished offices in Stirling Corner Borehamwood WD6.We are currently offering a profit share scheme within the business. This is designed to grow as the business develops.Target salary is £33,000 P/AAnnual holiday up to 40 days P/ATo apply for this role candidate must have experience in the following software packages:
  • Clik Service or similar (Jobs dispatching software)
  • Microsoft Office software
  • Specific experience in management of jobs is essential to apply for this role.
