Female Senior Support Worker

    • About the Care Home:A lovely small care home supporting 5 Adults with varying degrees of Learning Disabilities & Challenging Behaviour, the home promtes busy and active lifestyles for their residents.About the role:Seeking a Senior Support Worker to join their small friendly team, to supervise the Support Workers, mentor them, mtivate them, handle the staff rota and care plans.Promoting person centred care to their residents and encouraging the residents to take part in social based activities as well as Therapuetic activities to enhance their skills and confidence.You will be a confident person, caring, compassionatePrevious experience as a Senior Support Worker with Learning Disabilities desirable, although our clients will consider a Senior Care Assistant for this role, who has worked with Challenging Behaviour.Benefits for the Senior Support Worker:
