This role will include developing and implementing new technologies to support our fast-growing business.This is a unique role for someone looking to grow their ITcareer; taking on exciting challenges and being part of a support network that is integral to the smooth running of our business.What does this role involveMonitoring the internal Help Desk system as first line support including answering service desk callsCommunicating with staff members to find and fix problemsEscalating more complex Service Desk requests to the relevant IT support memberTracking and recording issues and solutions with the Service Desk systemContracting 3rd party suppliers to escalate problems, arrange services and the fixing of equipment such as printers, laptops, routers etcTraining employees on new systems both face-to-face and onlineSupport and Guide Junior members of the IT TeamRecording and resolving issues relating to all deployed systems including: -
