Our client a highly successful business based in Bordon, Hampshire are currently recruiting for a Senior Accounts Assistant due to an internal promotionClient DetailsOur client a highly successful business based in Bordon, Hampshire are currently recruiting for a Senior Accounts Assistant due to an internal promotionDescriptionAs the Senior Accounts Assistant based from Bordon, Hampshire you will be responsible for:Cash Management

  • Daily posting of cash received
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier Payment runs - twice a month in multiple currencies
  • Posting Staff Expenses and Credit Cards
  • Chasing proforma invoices
  • Uploading invoices to HSBC Factoring and reconciliations of Factor bank accounts
Month End
  • Assist with running month end close procedures
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Audit
  • Assist with preparation of year end audit files for 3 companies
  • Assist with queries raised by auditors and tax advisers during audit
General
  • Monitoring of accounts department e-mail box
Profile
  • Experience in a similar role desirable
  • Multi-Currency experience desirable but not essential
  • Candidates Qualified by experience or Studying for Accountancy Qualification both suitable
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong Attention to detail
