Production Planner required for our forward thinking client based in Bordon. Salary up to 30k, 25 days holiday and an early finish on a Friday!Join the team of this global manufacturing organisation and be a part of ensuring their production planning is the most efficient and cost effective it can be!As the Production Planner you will enjoy the following: A salary of 25-30k depending on experience Monday to Thursday 8:15am - 5pm with a 12:30pm finish on Fridays (flexible working hours if required) On-site parking 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Discretionary company bonusesAs the Production Planner you will be responsible for: Supporting the line manager in all aspects of production transactions and fulfilling the shipping duties for all product leaving the facility. Supporting with production cost reduction initiatives through continuous improvement tools and implementing ways of improving productivity Working within customer driven time-scales for deliveries Managing all aspects of new enquiry costs through the NPI system providing a formal estimate against each new enquiry the business quotes. Liaising with your colleagues when job queries or delivery issues ariseProviding estimates of all new enquiries through the systemTo succeed as the Production Planner you will have: Good communication skills Good computer skills including MS office packages Good time management Good analytical and priority setting skills Background in production planning, project management, costing or finance (Desirable)HOW DO I APPLY:In the first instance please submit your CV.
