Job Description

Logistics Coordinator - Bordon, Hampshire An established Bordon based company that provides vehicle hires for major productions across Europe are expanding their team of Logistics Coordinators. To succeed in this role, you must have strong organisational skills, be a strong communicator, be ableto work well under pressure and react quickly to the needs of their long-standing customer base.With a move to Longcross, Surrey planned soon, you must be committed to travelling to both locations.Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling vehicles and drivers to ensure the delivery of our on-location vehicle service.
  • Analysis of the customer schedules to make a clear plan, ensuring consistently high standards of delivery.
  • Liaise with other members of the logistics team to plan the movement of vehicles and allocate drivers to these.
  • Clearly document the plan and disseminate this information to all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Good and clear communication.
  • You will need good computer skills including excel.
  • A polite and friendly telephone manner.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain positive when working under pressure.
  • Have a positive attitude towards health and safety.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to in-house IT systems.
