Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Customer Success Representative who enjoys building relationships with customers and wants to help deliver an exceptional customer experience.Our client is a fast-growing, innovative SaaS business with a great culture and opportunities for progression. Offering a competitive salary, employee benefits and flexible working hours and remote working.The Role Youll role will involve account management tasks, customer training & issue resolution. Youll be building partnerships with our customers and helping with training, ongoing support and growing the relationship within existing accounts.Key responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Senior Customer Success Manager
  • Being a trusted advisor for key customer contacts during the onboarding phase
  • Provide ongoing training, consultation and support
  • Proactively manage and overcome risks and issues
  • Managing renewals
  • Collecting customer reviews to help support business strategy and values.
  • Providing advice and support to customers via email, our ticketing system, phone and live chat
  • Ensuring all information is entered accurately and in a timely manner onto the CRM system
  • Responding to and qualifying in-bound enquiries from new and existing customers
  • Assisting development and improvement by gathering customer feedback.
  • Delivering outstanding service standards and going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Benefits:
  • Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 depending on experience
  • Up to £2,850 per year commission (based on performance KPIs - paid quarterly)
