Job SpecificationPosition: Administrator - Engineering PlantLocation: BootleHours: Monday - FridaySalary: Up to £25,000 PA DOEHRGO are seeking an Administrator/Coordinator to provide effective administration support to the Plant Manager, Senior Management, Engineering Team, and Supply Chain.Responsibilities* Supplier management, keeping track of costs and ensuring the best price for products and services at all times.* Creating new vendors, customer / supplier records.* Record weekly goods received and ensure stock and availability for production.* Create purchase orders for Plant Management team and follow up booking in and invoice to sign off.* Address any issues with suppliers.* Develop good relationships with internal customers and suppliers.* Ensure invoice queries are resolved in a timely manner.* Provide additional procurement administrative support, as required.* Main point of contact for site, meeting and greeting, handling all incoming mail, and directing outgoing mail appropriately.Skills/Experience* Previous administration based experience.* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Package 365.* Effective communicator.* Strong prioritisation and organisation skills.* High Attention to detail.* Highly motivated and systematic.This role is a stand alone role within the department, Should this be of interest please call Laura at HR GO recruitment for more information on or email
