Job Description

HR CO-ORDINATORBOLLINGTON, CHESHIRE Up to £30,000+EXCELLENT BENEIFITSREED HR are currently working with a market leader in their field and a fantastic company to work for, they are recruiting for a new supporting role forHR CO-ORDINATOR.If you are looking for your first initial step in your HR career or looking for progression, this is a great opportunity to progress to HR Advisor.THE ROLE:

  • Responsible for ensuring that employee enquiries are expedited effectively and appropriately
  • Subject matter expert on HR Software understanding where improvements can be made, answering employee queries and administration responsibility for the systems data integrity ensuring compliance with relevant data retention requirements.
  • Working as part of an agile team, you will work together to be a champion of the company policies, procedures, values, and brand - Contribute to people led projects taking responsibility for supporting any activities.
  • Continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal administration processes.
  • Review existing processes and procedures to recommend process improvements.
DALY TASKS:
  • HR Administration, keeping records updated and producing letters
  • Support Induction process, probationary reviews, and performance reviews processes
  • Running of reports - Provide reporting of people data to HR Manager on a regular basis or as and when required
  • Management of L&D (LEARN) and performance management (PERFORM) systems including administration responsibility for data integrity.
  • Co-ordination and data integrity of HR systems
  • Co-ordination of the Employee App including management of content and active users.
  • Assist with low level ER casework - short term sickness absence, probationary periods - making recommendations and providing advice and support
  • Assist in the collation of data for HR reports and management information.
  • Management of the Occupational Health Process
  • Support the Internal and External recruitment process
  • Delivering company communications and organising events.
  • Be a point of contact for administration, and HR related queries for all employees (shared responsibility)
THE PERSON:
  • CIPD qualified or working towards
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to demonstrate excellent relationship building
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Accuracy / attention to detail skills
  • Microsoft Office
  • Including strong excel skills.
  • A willing, helpful attitude and calm professional manner, even when there are conflicting priorities and timescales.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
