Do you have excellent customer service skillsand experience of working in asales environmentWe have an exciting opportunity for aMaterials Sales Executiveto join a leading laser manufacturing company based inBoldon.Salary £19-21,000per annum plus bonusandexcellent benefits such as free car parking. Hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.As aSales Executivewithin theMaterials industryyou will be working in a modern, fun and friendly working environment with responsbility for managing existing client relationships. You will be dealing with incoming orders and enquiries bytelephone, email, and web, creating quotations, sending samples, and processing orders. You will also begaining new businessfrom referrals and leads, and attending trade shows.It is essential you haveprevioustelephoneCustomer Service experience with excellent negotiationand customer satisfactionskills with some cold/ warm calling experience.You will needgood IT skills, and have proven experience inproviding excellent customer service.Experience of working with SAP and CRM systems would be beneficial, but is not essential.
