My client is seeking an experienced and creative graphic designer to help them rise to market leader through strong visual design.The designer is responsible for all creative content across the business. This includes the firm websites, digital content, videos and animations, event materials and all marketing collateral.The ideal candidate will have the ability to work across both B2B and B2C audiences, translating briefs and concepts into creative designs that elevate their stories and promote engagement.In addition to this, they are looking for excellent communication and presentation skills, a candidate with the ability to articulate their design choices to key stakeholders and ideally someone with demonstrable experience in financial/professional services.The role forms part of a creative team that collaborates across collateral, content, events, digital communication and internal comms. The role includes curating and editing photography, designing graphic content, illustrations, infographics, animations(GIFs), video editing and event graphics.Role Summary Creative development of new brand propositions and refreshing of existing propositions Advertising and marketing collateral - all formats across consumer and trade touchpoints Digital and social creative Storyboards, scamps and planning for film/photo shoots Physical print collateral Animations and short-form motion graphics Layout and artworking of key assets for use by internal and external stakeholders Acting a brand guardian across the groupThey are looking for a candidate with the ability to: Manage design requests from conception to delivery Manage multiple projects alongside project owners at once and meet deadlines Keep up to date with industry developments and contribute innovative ways of delivering our key messages Present work to team and key stakeholders for review, feedback, and approval Inspire and motivate colleagues across the team to help them understand the importance of high-quality design and how creativity can be applied to all of our owned content Work effectively as a cross-team collaborator Mange their time efficiently and effectivelyRequirements Bachelors degree in Art Direction (preferred), Fine Arts/Visual Design/Visual Communication/Graphic Design related creative studies. Minimum of three years of agency or in-house design experience or equivalent demonstrated experience. A portfolio of work across the professional services sector. Financial services experience would be a bonus Full working knowledge of key software is required; including but not limited to Adobe creative cloud, InDesign, Illustrator and photo-editing software such as PhotoShop Youll be an avid storyteller, able to explain your creative work with vision and flair.
