The CompanyOur client is a specialist manufacturing company. Due to investment, they are now looking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor.The Role

Provide Leadership for the Maintenance Team across your division.
Organise workload for Technicians.
Support problem solving and fault finding.
Lead improvement and cost reduction activities including root cause analysis with the emphasis on reducing equipment breakdowns.
Support department hands on as and when required due to workload, holiday, absence etc. Responsible for management of Technician Team including appraisals, monthly 1:1’s and admin duties such as holidays, training, call out cover etc.

The Person

Must be a time served engineer with supervisory experience in manufacturing or engineering environment.
Hold HNC in Mechanical or Electrical.
Experience of maintenance planning.
Proven Leadership / Management experience
Experience in a high-quality focused environment.
Experience of Lean tools and methodologies.
