Commercial Management Accountant / Finance Manager Location: Otley (Home working and site visit)Salary: Circa £45000 to £50000 pro rata 20 hours a week (£175.00 - £200.00 per day)The business is progressive and promotes a go getter attitude to survive in a very competitive market. We are searching for a Commercial Finance Manager that can support the business with continual growth.This hospitality/retail and manufacturing business is shaping through change and development at present. We are searching for an individual that can offer us a high work commitment whilst processes are further developed and streamlined.The business is constantly evolving. As the Commercial Management Accountant you will work hand in hand with the business owner and influence commercial decisions across categories.NB: Candidates must reside in the UK and need to live in the commuter belt of Otley, Harrogate, Leeds, Clitheroe, Skipton, Ilkley. The role. What do you need

• Ideally suited to a Commercial Finance Manager, Commercial Accountant or a Finance Manager or Management Accountant with 1 to 3 years experience.
• An analytical approach will be a necessity coupled with a day to day knowledge of excel, datasheets, management accounts, streamlining and costing projection, budgets.
• Reactive to weekly analysis.
• Work with initiative and not wait for direction.
• Huge attention to detail.
• It is key you have an outgoing personality, one that can challenge and is not afraid of change. An extrovert rather than Introvert.
• Knowledge of Zero accounting package is positive but not essential.
