Job DescriptionTai Calon Community Housing is seeking two plasterers to join our Property Services Team one on a Fixed term basis until 30th September 2021 and the other on a Permanent basis.When applying for this role you will be considered for both the fixed term and permanent post.The Plasterer’s role carries out all aspects of plastering work from hacking off and deboarding to rendering, 2 coating, re-boarding and skimming including other wet trade work along with a range of ancillary works associated with the trade activity, within a range of occupied and void properties including communal areas, garage sites and commercial properties.Multi Skilling is a requirement of the role, the multi skilled operative will be able to carry out trade-based activities that do not form part of their core duties.This is a great career opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference, enhancing the way we shape and deliver our services.
