As a leading player in its industry, it offers a supportive and collaborative working environment where employees can thrive and develop their skills.They also offer hybrid working where most people come into the office a couple of times every few months.What the Information Systems Analyst will be doingYou will be responsible for providing comprehensive support, advice, and training to system users. You will work closely with the team to develop and maintain applications in line with changing operational and strategic requirements.As an Information Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and developing the NEC (formerly Northgate Public Services) housing management system and Advanced Softwares Dynamic Resource Scheduler System.

Monitoring and developing integration between systems, ensuring that required data is passed smoothly between them.
Specifically, maintain integration between Northgate and the repairs scheduling system (Advanced softwares DRS, Project Planner and Job Manager).
Implement new software, enhancements to existing software or integration between systems in line with the business requirements.
Support the production of management information from various applications involving Business Objects and SQL.

What the successful Information Systems Analyst will bring to the teamYou will ideally have experience using the NEC Housing Management System, and Dynamic Resource Scheduler System or something similar to these.

Good API, XML and SQL skills would be beneficial
Experience of integrating and troubleshooting systems
A good understanding of Application Programming Interfaces and other systems integration technologies
Significant Experience within a similar role of similar responsibilities
