Job Description

2i Recruit’s vibrant client sits in a desirable sector and through continued success and growth is now seeking an Ecommerce Executive to support the Head of Department to develop and execute high performance digital content strategyThis is an exciting opportunity within a fast paced organisation that promotes continual development.Main ResponsibilitiesCatalogue management

  • Sets up new products in the catalogue - writing informative, persuasive and SEO-friendly product features, descriptions
  • Organising and editing product imagery and descriptions, metadata and specifications
  • Visual merchandising of product categories and landing pages: assists with activation on-line in conjunction with Marketing Manager
  • Ongoing optimisation of products and categories
  • Manages the content calendar, catalogue management, identifying key areas for opportunity
  • Checks for discrepancies
    • Sales Support:
  • Supports E Commerce Account Manager with promotions
  • Develop a bridge Account Managers and Ecommerce to deliver a true omnichannel approach
  • Performance tracking, on-line store tracking, building dashboards; translating data into trends vs category and vsoffline to support and evolve the channel strategy
  • Opportunity to drive own account once overall Ecommerce channel is on track
    • Reporting
  • Runs the key Amazon ARA (and equivalent) reports weekly, and updates the sales tracker
  • Tracks Amazon sellout pricing
  • Tracks, weekly, top competitor benchmarking
  • Works with Consumers services/quality teams to review customer ratings & reviews
    • Content tracking
  • Weekly checks of Amazon listings, to ensure none of the key information has changed
    • Other
  • Collaborating with marketing to deliver 1st class digital content to support both hero brands and innovation
  • Collaborating with supply chain to address any challenges and create an action plan to address
    • Experience / Technical Skills :
  • Experience working in an Ecommerce environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to analyse and interpret information and data
  • Project management skills
  • Digital retailer knowledge
  • Merchandising experience would be advantageous
  • Experience working in collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
