Job Description

Job summary:The Senior Administrator is responsible for providing professional administrative support to management.Reporting to: Senior Management Team or their representative (to be specified).Principal duties and responsibilities:

  1. Providing professional administrative support to the management team (including but not limited to contracts management);
  2. Providing general office administration support (including typing, filing, photocopying and archiving);
  3. Arranging various meetings and compiling the minutes for them as and when required;
  4. Data entry;
  5. Providing administrative support regarding aspects of staff training (including mandatory and miscellaneous training) as well as liaison with Heads of Department as and when necessary;
  6. Supporting the management team with general clinical administration, assisting with compiling resident information (arranging appointments, updating their records etc) as and when necessary;
  7. Liaison with IT department;
  8. General correspondence (telephone answering and receptionist duties as and when required);
  9. Assistance with archiving;
  10. Other ad hoc duties as and when required.

  1. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
  1. Ability to manage a complex and demanding workload and be able to work to strict deadlines;

  1. Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail;
  2. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner;
  3. Good knowledge of I.T (especially word-processing and spreadsheets);
  4. Proactive approach and desire to assist;
  5. General administration skills;
  6. Good personal presentation;
  7. Excellent attendance record;
  8. Self-motivated and have a positive attitude.
