Job Description

Purpose of the Role:Manage, plan, and execute multiple business projects from inception to conclusion, delivering projects on time and in budget and ultimately delivering additional value for the business.Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multiple business projects, primarily relating to product launches or product transitions
  • Capture requirements from, and then effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Agree scopes for projects with the businesses Executive Team
  • Create, manage & track detailed project plans to ensure accurately delivery
  • Identify, record, and mitigate project risks and challenges
  • Lead matrix-based project teams through the lifecycle of the project, coordinate and facilitate relevant meetings and scrum structures regarding operational delivery to communicate goals, status updates, and blockers.
  • Regularly provide reports to senior management on the status and progress of key business projects, including planned vs actual project delivery
Person SpecificationEssential
  • 2+ Years Project Management Experience [Ideally Prince 2]
  • Formal Project Management certification
  • Ability to manage multiple high priority business projects simultaneously
  • Highly capable of navigating a busy operational environment, working independently, and effective problem-solving
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
Preferred
  • Experience working within a product-based manufacturing business
  • Good understanding of the Vaping sector
  • Experience managing projects within a global supply chain
