HR Advisor - £27,000 - £30,000 - Blackburn - Full Time / Flexible Hours - FixedTerm Contract Until March 2025A leading firm of Chartered Accountants and business advisers with headquarters based in Blackburn are one of the North Wests best financial professionals where joining this team will take your career to the next level. An opportunity has arisen to jointhe People Team as a HR Advisor on a fixed term contract from now until March 2025. This opportunity would be ideal for someone who has experience working in HR setting and is offered hybrid and with a level of flexibility on hours.Responsibilities:• To work with the People Manager to ensure the firm’s People department functions in an efficient, effective and professional manner as well as to carry out adviser functions.• To oversee the employee life cycle from offer stage to completing the leaver process• To be ad hoc support to the Talent Acquisitions Specialist as holiday cover, ad hoc tasks may include first point of contact for recruitment agency queries, liaising with Team Managers on candidate CVs and interviews, taking feedback and delivering offers.• To partner with line managers to review employee relations, performance management, resourcing and team management• Overseeing work experience students & internal secondments programme, including developing and managing their schedule, liaising with Line Managers & Team Members, and ensure the day to day smooth running of their time.Required skillset:• Qualified by either experience working within a HR or Peoples team or CIPD Level 3 or aboveBenefits include:Salary £27,000 - £30,000 (dependant on experience)Fixed Term Contract Until March 2025Location BlackburnFlexible / hybrid working23.5 days’ holiday per annum + bank holidays, office closedown over Christmas periodExtensive learning & development opportunities and study supportEmployer pension contribution of 8%, death in service life cover of 4 x salary, income protection schemePaid sick leaveFlexi time + agreed overtime, flexible benefits (salary sacrifice) scheme including a range of benefits such as private medical insurance, extra holidays, electric car schemeFull technical and soft skills training and supportAnnual firm wide success bonusOn site free parkingRecruitment incentive schemeCycle to work scheme, employee well-being portal, access to the WeCare app that offers health, well-being, financial and legal supportDress for your day policy and dress down Friday’sIf you are interested in this role and would like to apply, please send a copy of your email to or contact me on
