The Single Point of Access (SPA) is a fast paced and forward thinking service operating across 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year. The service manages all referrals and capacity for Community Nursing and Urgent Care Services (Rapid Response, COPD and Urgent Therapy). Referrals come into the service via phone, email and by electronic referral.We require permanent Senior Administrator to support our service and are looking to recruit flexible staff that can work a variety of shift patterns, including bank holidays.The Senior Administrator role Out of hours covers evenings (Between 5pm and 10pm), Nights (Between 10pm and 0815am) and weekends/bank holidays (Between 8am and 5pm) on a shift basis. In the role you will be responding to telephone referrals and enquiries from Patients, Carers and Health Care Professionals, and providing administration support to the SPA and Out of Hours Nursing Services.
