The Single Point of Access (SPA) is a fast paced and forward thinking service operating across 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year. The service manages all referrals and capacity for Community Nursing and Urgent Care Services (Rapid Response, COPD and Urgent Therapy). Referrals come into the service via phone, email and by electronic referral.We require a Senior Administrator to support our service and are looking to recruit flexible staff that can work a variety of shift patterns, including bank holidays.As a Senior Administrator in the SPA team, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients are offered the appropriate care pathway.
